Hello Guys, today In this blog post, we share information on The Masked Singer’s Fans Are Convinced Chris Jericho, an AEW wrestler, is the bride. These days, there are a ton of singing competition shows on television, from “The Voice” to “American Idol.” None of them, though, compare to “The Masked Singer,” which had its television debut on Fox in the winter of 2019 and has since become a fan favorite on small screens.
Every week, singers in spectacular costumes created by Marina Toybina take the stage and sing their hearts out in front of the presenter Nick Cannon, panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Nicole Scherzinger, and Robin Thicke, as well as a live audience and many viewers at home. Hopefully, they won’t be eliminated and forced to reveal themselves so quickly.
Numerous well-known public figures have dazzled audiences with their “Masked Singer” performances over the years. Rudy Giuliani, Kermit the Frog, Chris Daughtry, and other celebrities have all admitted to being candidates, so it’s not surprising that the program has an air of unpredictability given the variety of people on that short list alone.
Almost anyone can appear on the show, which has made trying to deduce these contestants’ true identities before they reveal themselves fascinating. Sometimes fans are baffled, and other times they are rather certain of their theories.
For instance, according to Chris Jericho’s podcast, viewers of “Masked Singer” Season 8 believe that the Bride, a newbie to the show, is actually All Elite Wrestling wrestler and “Terrifier 2” actor Chris Jericho.
Fans think the Bride’s voice is a dead ringer for Jericho’s
On the November 9, 2022 episode of “The Masked Singer,” The Bride made their debut, and from the time they picked up the microphone, people expressed their conviction that Chris Jericho is the person wearing the mask. In response, @wrestlejunk_ tweeted, “If this isn’t Chris Jericho I’ll eat my hat,” along with a clip of the Bride’s performance, saying, “Just watched this episode and without a doubt it can’t be anybody other than Jericho.” Definitely @IAmJericho on @MaskedSingerFOX as the bride, @ktillis1 added. That voice is one I can recognize at any moment. Love him so much!!!!!
If Jericho is the Bride, it wouldn’t be that shocking, but we’ll have to wait and see. In addition to sounding strikingly similar to him, Jericho is no stranger to singing in front of an audience. He has served as the frontman for the metal band Fozzy for more than 20 years; the band took some time to become well-known because of his wrestling background.
“Because it was Chris Jericho, the wrestler, people assumed it was simply a gimmick band at the start, which, to be fair, back then, it kind of was,” Jericho told Metal Hammer, adding that over time, they set out to establish it as a legitimate band.
Could Chris Jericho, the lead singer of the now-internationally renowned Fozzy, and one of the greatest talents in AEW, really be the one hiding the Bride on “The Masked Singer”? As the eighth season of the show progresses, only time will tell.
